Eligibility Criteria:

• EMI is available for bookings with a minimum transaction amount of BDT 5,000.

• EMI is only available on eligible credit cards from selected banks in Bangladesh.

• Tenure options range from 3 to 12 months, depending on your card-issuing bank.

• Upon transaction, the full amount will be blocked on your card until the EMI is processed.

⚠️ Important Notes:

• It may take 3 to 5 working days for the installment to reflect on your credit card.

• A Convenience Fee (non-refundable) may apply depending on the tenure selected.

• ToskaBooking.com follows the policy of the respective bank or payment service provider to resolve any EMI-related issues.

Refund / Re-issue Policy – ToskaBooking.com

✈️ Flight Bookings

At ToskaBooking.com, we strictly adhere to each airline’s cancellation and reissue policy.

To cancel or reissue a flight booking, travelers are required to notify us at least 48 hours prior to the travel date. Failure to do so may result in a no-show charge, as per the airline's terms.

• ToskaBooking.com does not charge any additional service fees beyond what is quoted by the airline.

• If payment was made via EMI, the applicable EMI charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after successful cancellation and will be returned via the original payment method. Please allow 1 to 5 working days for the amount to reflect.

• Please note: Convenience charges are non-refundable.

🏨 Hotel Bookings

ToskaBooking.com follows each property's specific cancellation policy.

To cancel a hotel booking:

• Log in to your account and navigate to ‘My Booking’ > ‘Cancel’ and follow the on-screen instructions.

Important Notes:

• Cancellation fees may vary based on the property's policy and timing of cancellation.

• Date changes are not permitted. Guests must cancel the existing reservation and create a new one for the desired dates.

• Bookings during blackout dates are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

• No additional service fees will be charged by ToskaBooking.com beyond what is quoted by the hotel.

• For EMI payments, the relevant EMI fee will be deducted from the refund.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via the original payment method and may take 1 to 5 working days to reflect.

• Convenience charges are non-refundable.

🌍 Tour Bookings

ToskaBooking.com follows the cancellation policy of each tour operator.

To cancel a tour booking:

• Go to ‘My Booking’ > ‘Cancel’ on our website to confirm the cancellation.

FAQS

  What cards are eligible for EMI?

Only credit cards from selected Bangladeshi banks are eligible. The transaction must be BDT 5,000 or higher.

  Can I use a debit card for EMI?

No. Debit cards are not eligible for EMI conversion as per the bank’s policy.

  Is there any additional interest on EMI?

No additional interest is charged. However, a small Convenience Fee may be applied based on your selected tenure and issuing bank.

  What installment plans are available?

You can select a tenure of 3, 6, 9, or 12 months, depending on the policy of your card-issuing bank.

  Do I need to submit any documents for EMI processing?

No. This is a completely online EMI facility. No physical documentation is required.

  Can I settle the EMI early? Will there be a fee?

Early settlement policies vary by bank. Please contact your card-issuing bank directly for more details.

  Is EMI available on international credit cards?

No. EMI is only available on credit cards issued in Bangladesh.

  What is the Convenience Fee?

It is a minimal non-refundable service charge applied when availing EMI, based on the tenure selected.

  What happens in case of a refund?

In case of a refund, the EMI charge and applicable Convenience Fee will be deducted from the refundable amount.
