• Upon transaction, the full amount will be blocked on your card until the EMI is processed.

To cancel or reissue a flight booking, travelers are required to notify us at least 48 hours prior to the travel date. Failure to do so may result in a no-show charge, as per the airline's terms.

• If payment was made via EMI, the applicable EMI charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after successful cancellation and will be returned via the original payment method. Please allow 1 to 5 working days for the amount to reflect.

ToskaBooking.com follows each property's specific cancellation policy.
To cancel a hotel booking:
• Log in to your account and navigate to ‘My Booking’ > ‘Cancel’ and follow the on-screen instructions.
Important Notes:
• Cancellation fees may vary based on the property's policy and timing of cancellation.
• Date changes are not permitted. Guests must cancel the existing reservation and create a new one for the desired dates.
• Bookings during blackout dates are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

• For EMI payments, the relevant EMI fee will be deducted from the refund.
